Modena Balsamic Vinegar Tour

Where vinegar meets memory, and tradition becomes taste

Have you ever stepped into an old attic, where the air is soaked with the warm scent of aged wood and the sweet aroma of cooked grape must?

This is not just a visit.
It’s a journey through time, taste, and tradition.

At Real Balsamico Farm, each balsamic vinegar tour in Modena is led personally by the owners—the Rebecchi family. Their knowledge and passion, passed down through generations, offer something truly rare: an authentic, intimate experience, far from crowded tourist circuits.

Book your visit to discover how the legendary Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is crafted, aged, and preserved for years—until it becomes an “extravecchio”, over 25 years old.
And at the end, a tasting you won’t forget: a spoonful of this dark, dense treasure, and a handmade IGP balsamic chocolate.
One of the most surprising moments in your journey among the best balsamic vinegars from Modena.

Balsamic Vinegar Tour Modena

Discover traditional balsamic vinegar secrets in just one hour

Tucked away in the countryside just outside Modena, Real Balsamico is a small, family-run acetaia rooted in authenticity.

We use only carefully selected Lambrusco grapes. The must is slowly cooked over an open flame, then left to ferment naturally and age for years in wooden barrels—without additives or shortcuts. Just grapes, patience, and time.

What you taste is pure emotion: a glossy, dark balsamic vinegar with a rich aroma, velvety texture, and perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

Our DOP and IGP vinegars are made for those seeking the best balsamic vinegar in Italy—to enjoy over grilled vegetables, Parmigiano Reggiano, meats, seafood… or even strawberries, dark chocolate, and gelato.
