The storage unit can be fitted with metal shelving or cabinets, either fully or partially. If requested, we will arrange the rental and installation of the shelving/cabinets for you. Everything is planned according to the actual dimensions of each individual unit and your needs, so as to make the best use of the internal space.

Contract duration: Contracts can be weekly or monthly and are renewable for as long as your space needs persist.

Early termination: Provide 15 days’ notice (for monthly contracts) and 7 days’ notice (for weekly contracts) before vacating the unit. No notice is required if your needs change and you wish to switch your unit for a larger or smaller one.

Condominium/building fees: None. The agreed rent is all-inclusive, so nothing else will be due. Real Storage covers all general costs, such as electricity/water utilities, building service charges, waste-disposal tax, registration fees, etc.

Access: Standard access is Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 19:00. If needed, access outside standard hours is possible with simple prior notice.

Non-storable materials: Highly flammable or explosive substances, chemical products, toxic or polluting substances, perishable goods, illegal substances.

Insurance: The unit rental includes insurance coverage for damage from fire and explosion, with limits that can be tailored to customers’ needs; the chosen limit must be declared when the access card is issued.

To access the facility, you’ll receive a badge-style card that opens the electric gate; the same card also opens the main door to a covered loading/unloading portico. Each unit can be secured with an internal padlock to prevent intrusions.
